The transformation

Build a common decision system from roadmap to launch.

This work demonstrates evidence-based prioritization, executive governance, and operational follow-through.

Business challenge

Roadmaps needed a consistent link to rationale, evidence, and delivery capacity.

Product, engineering, project management, and operating teams needed a common intake, prioritization, and launch system that executives could trust.

Executive mandate

Create the shared system and give leaders visibility into tradeoffs.

Brad led a five-person team serving lending, deposits, fraud, and digital servicing, and briefed the Executive Committee on portfolio status, choices, and outcomes.

Decisions and actions

Require evidence before commitment and readiness before launch.

  • Established department roadmaps and documented the business rationale behind requests.
  • Introduced business cases, intake standards, stage gates, customer research, concept testing, and demand validation.
  • Required executive confirmation of launch and support readiness.
  • Built a closed-loop Voice of Member practice and used operating data to isolate specific customer friction.

Outcome

Fifty percent more of the annual roadmap completed.

The new system also supported measurable improvements in customer support demand and digital access. Results are presented conservatively and retain team attribution.

Recruiter signal
